We ask for no fees up front, you give us your trade price and we sell your stock with no other costs to join the site or list your pieces. Quite simply we aim to offer high quality bespoke rustic and industrial furniture. We require no commitment and no contracts.
We'll create your listings on our site based on information you supply (photos, description etc).

We collect and use your personal information such as your name and contact details to process your enquiry and/or your order for one of our handmade furniture.
We use your personal information such as your name and contact details to send you future marketing communications about products and services that may be of interest to you. We will communicate marketing information to you by email. Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link that you can click on to opt-out of future marketing emails. You are also able to object to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes at any time by contacting us using the above contact details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments
All Prices include VAT. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash. Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex debit/credit cards are processed via Worldpay on our behalf. Purchasing online currently requires payment in full or contact us to pay a deposit to commence with your order. The total outstanding balance must be cleared at the time of booking the delivery or your items or you can pay cash on delivery or upon collection of your order. All items remain the property of Rustic and Refined until all monies are paid in full.
Lead Times
As all our furniture is handmade to order and we only source the finest quality reclaimed wood, our lead times can vary. Please contact us with your requirements and location, we will generally advise lead times at time of booking.
Delivery
Our products are delivered by a trusted third party.
Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery i.e: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.
Collection
You are very welcome to collect your furniture.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or if needed, craft you a new item at the earliest possible opportunity.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time.*
We are sure you will love our furniture, but if not, for online orders you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (unless they are bespoke pieces that are made personal to you).
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using online courier compare sites to get the best quote for returns
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
* Standard items can be cancelled at any time before dispatching them. Bespoke items and upholstery can be cancelled if manufacturing them hasn’t begun, contact us at info@rusticandrefined.co.uk to discuss the status of your bespoke items.
** No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke items that have been made to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not what you ordered.
Please Note: Our handcrafted furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependent on its environmental conditions, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
