SHIPPING POLICY
We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum.
All shipping costs are included in listed product prices. Nothing extra to pay at checkout.
We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances it will cost us more than you pay.

All of our deliveries are fully insured. We will contact you to arrange delivery on a time that suits you.

Collection is welcomed and can be arranged if you are local.
​
If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount).
​
All deliveries are to your door, for insurance purposes we cannot bring the product into your home.
IMPORTANT Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product as soon as possible after recieving delivery to make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Cancellations/Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time.*
We are sure you will love our furniture, but if not, for online orders you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (unless they are bespoke pieces that are made personal to you).
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using online courier compare sites to get the best quote for returns
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

* Standard items can be cancelled at any time before dispatching them. Bespoke items and upholstery can be cancelled if manufacturing them hasn’t begun, contact us at info@rusticandrefined.co.uk to discuss the status of your bespoke items.

** No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke items that have been made to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not what you ordered.

Please Note: Our handcrafted furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependent on its environmental conditions, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
